Sunflowers and poppies
The yellow brightness of sunflower petals is enchanting the sun to get between the clouds and shine upon the world.
Remember when I said that I have seen a model on Facebook, a complex one, called Summer Bloom folded by Malvin Roix M. Orense? I also saw a model called Sunshine Kusudama. Well... since the moment I've seen the Sunshine Kusudama, I wanted to fold a similar model but with sunflowers, poppies and wheat. It was a long road until I managed to finish this kusudama, but it is finally finished and I am pretty happy about the way it looks.
This kusudama has a lot of origami flowers, 42 of them, gather on an Electra base (60 modules) and coupled with 20 tiny bouquets of quilled wheat (the quilled grain is fixed in an origami Venus module). Each poppy has 4 modules, each sunflower has 3 modules.
