Paper and sizes: 

- crepe-paper 180gr

- one sheet of: 25 cm  x 6 cm , two sheets of:  25 cm  x 8 cm, one or two sheets of: 25 cm  x 10 cm

- the paper is flattened, then it is cut in vertical rectangles of 1.5 cm - 2 cm width almost to the bottom (2cm should remain uncut) , each rectangle is folded and twisted at the middle and then you gave a round shape to them

- you can use glue (or a glue gun) to put them togheter
