Paper mobile - Flower Dream

Once I folded a 1000 flower's paper mobile. It was painted with different shades of pink and the flowers scattered through the ground transformed into kusudamas. I grew very found of it, so I dreamed of folding a similar one in the future.
The dream became reality this summer. I have chosen a vibrant color combination with different shades between pink and orange. I wanted it to be lively and cheerful like the person for whom it was meant to. I folded and folded then folded again. I felt like the girl from Rumpelstiltskin while making the little flowers. When I though that I was finished, I had to couple more and then again a couple more.
I was naive enough to think that if the carousel was smaller, then I had to fold less flowers. I didn't take into account the fact that not only the circle, but also the flowers were smaller than their pale, translucent older sisters.
This is the result and I hope you like it as much as I like it :)
